5 Great Ways to Use Apple Cider Vinegar

1. Detox Time
Apple cider vinegar helps your body reach a naturally alkaline pH level. It is packed with vitamins and minerals that can clean your liver and intestines. One of the best wounds in this regard is that it helps with digestion, bloating and weight loss. Boom!
Some time ago, there was a diabetes study that found that participants who took two tablespoons of vinegar lost an average of two kilos for four weeks before eating two meals a day. Of course, everybody is different, but with all the additional benefits, why not! In one of the foreign diabetes studies I read a while ago, the users who participated in the study were given 2 tablespoons of vinegar twice a day (before 2 meals) for four weeks, and it was determined that most of the end-users of the study lost 2 kilos. Of course, everybody is different, but in addition to all its benefits, it can also help you lose weight. Why not :)
I use Kühne apple cider vinegar to do this healthy shot as the first thing every morning :)
2 tablespoons of Kühne apple cider vinegar
1 glass of water
You can also add Turmeric and Red Pepper. (also helps digestion)
If you don't like the smell of vinegar (like me :)) you can try making apple cider vinegar at home (my mom is doing it and it is really comfortable and odorless)

2. Give Your Skin a Healthy Shine!
There are two great ways to use it to help my skin avoid acne and pimples. The first is to drink the above detox potion above.
Secondly, you can use it as a toner on your skin. Due to all the anti-bacterial benefits, apple cider vinegar will help clean and heal the skin surface. (Don't worry :), the smell evaporates quickly.)
3. Fighting Dandruff
You can use vinegar as a rinse after shampooing your hair to help you clean the bottom of your hair.
4. Perfect for sore throat in winter
If you experience frequent sore throats in winter, vinegar may be a savior for you. Put a few drops of vinegar in a glass of warm water and gargle. Make sure to apply 2-3 times a day. You will soon find that you are relieved of sore throat
5. For White Teeth
Just by applying it to your teeth a little bit, you can help remove your stains naturally. I love brushing my teeth and brushing my toothbrush in apple cider vinegar and some baking soda for more whitening effect ...
