It must be an important thing for a salad to be good for me. It should have a wonderful blend of flavor, texture and a really good sauce. I like vegetables, vegetables can be boring if you don't add anything like spices.
Making salad dressings at home is very easy and I think learning how to make your favorite sauce in your own kitchen is a super useful skill. It saves you tons of money.
You can fully control the materials. Have you ever checked the vinaigrette? There are definitely a lot of options out there, but many are filled with artificial colors, flavors, and more sugar and salt than you really need.
My favorite part is that you can customize the taste to your liking.

Below, I share eight of my favorite simple, easy and healthy salad dressing recipes you can make at home. Honestly, you probably have the ingredients to make these sauces in your pantry and refrigerator.
Take a jar with a tight-fitting lid, throw it into all the ingredients and shake until it mixes well. If you use a food processor or a blender, you can make it smoother.
All the following recipes are in a jar size. - Enough for a few salads, use sauces containing milk in a week. Those with vinegar can stay in the refrigerator for two or more weeks in an airtight container.
1. Ranch Sauce with Yogurt
Ingredients:
3/4 cup half / nonfat yogurt
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped OR 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley OR 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
1/4 medium onion, chopped (about 2 tablespoons) OR 2 teaspoons of onion powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/2 lemon juice (about 2 tablespoons)
1/4 cup buttermilk
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients with a lid that fits tightly in a jar, shake well. Alternatively, you can mix all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Cool down and wait at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours, before the aromas can mix.

You can store it in an airtight bottle or jar for up to a week in the refrigerator.
