Hello, In this article, I will tell you about a cure that I made after I reduced my body fat to 19%.

My schedule is simple:

Before Breakfast : Drink walnut water

Breakfast:

Drink lemon water

2 eggs, 1 cup oatmeal (not with milk, but with hot water)

Coffee without milk

Workout

15*4 half squat

15*4 lunges(each leg)

15*4 Donkey Kick

15*4 Lateral step-ups

15*4 Lying Hip Abduction

25*4 Lying Hip Thrust

3*1dk Elbow plank (basic plank)

15*4 Plank Hip Dips

50 Single Arm Plank

15*4 Spiderman Plank

25*4 Mountain Climbers

15*4 Russian Twist

Snack: Greek Yogurt + Cinnamon + lemon (1/2) + red pepper + 1 teaspoon of flaxseed

Lunch: Vegetable or salad + Protein (salmon, chicken breast, turkey, steak)

19:00

Workout

15 min jumping rope or 35 min HIIT

3*1dk Elbow plank (basic plank)

15*4 Plank Hip Dips

50 Single Arm Plank

15*4 Spiderman Plank

25*4 Mountain Climbers

15*4 Russian Twist

Dinner: Vegetable or salad + Protein (salmon, chicken breast, turkey, steak)

All-day: Minimum 3-4 cups of green tea, Minimum 1.5 lt water
