Why is it a "Detox" Vegetable Soup?

♥ Do you feel swollen, exhausted, sick or just want to feed your body? Make this soup!
Every week I always make a big pot for food! Very good!
Carrot: Beta-carotene helps balance your hormones and shine on your skin. The fiber will balance blood sugar levels and help lower your cholesterol.
Celery: Packed with nutrients! It helps your digestion with its cleaning properties, it will help reduce your excess water weight and sugar cravings. Boom!
Kale: Contains super concentrated vitamins but also contains antioxidants. It is naturally anti-inflammatory.
Cauliflower: Contains indole-3-carbinol, a phyto-nutrient that has been shown to aid liver detox.
Garlic: It supports liver enzymes. It detoxes the body. Natural antifungal, anti-bacterial and anti-viral.
Beans: Keeps your digestion clean and “NONE” bad things 🙂
Bone Water: Supports immune health with tons of minerals. Collagen and other natural compounds reduce inflammation and heal your intestinal lining.
You can add chicken breast or replace it with vegetable broth and make it vegetarian.
Ingredients:
4 carrots, diced
4 celery stalks, chopped
1 bunch of cabbage, chopped
2 cups cauliflower
1 whole white or yellow onion, diced
3-4 cloves of garlic, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2-3 tablespoons of salt
1 cup uncooked beans (lentil mixture or whatever you want)
2 lt bone broth or vegetable broth
Instructions:
In a large frying pan, saute the chopped onion in olive oil in half.
Add garlic and mix and mix for another minute.
Add all the remaining ingredients and leave to boil
Close the lid and boil for about 90 minutes or cook until the beans are cooked (if you have a short time you can also use baked beans)
Add extra salt, pepper or spices as required and serve!
** Option to add chicken: Add about 1 kilo of raw chicken breast.
