The most important point that we should work on for success: Self DISCIPLINE

Do you have one? Is it in small quantities or just for certain things?
I know that gaining self-discipline is very difficult, and that's the only thing that prevents most of us from achieving what we really want.
Considering this normal and most basic discipline - when you wake up and wake up - we all feel it and fight it - there is no excuse now. Getting up early is a must; it is difficult at first, but the earlier you make habit changes, the more you feel refreshed.
When we choose the easy-to-eat option, we make excuses that we are too tired or unable to cook. But the moment we start taking 'a bite' of that easy dish, you feel that it's not satisfying or nutritious.
I want you to tell me this week that I have self discipline and will overcome my habits. Improve your self-discipline in 5 ways:

1. Don't be tempted - prepare yourself for success by reducing distractions, confusion, and bad effects. You can put this on the phone
including time (set limits for you and your family)
2. Eat a regular and healthy diet - low blood sugar weakens our mind and body. Allow your brain to fully focus and strive.
3. Do not 'expect' to feel right - create good habits (difficult but worth it), accept that it will be good to restructure and update your brain, but it will take time to continue.
4. Healthy life - do not diet! Eat only nutritious and healthy foods. Ask yourself, is this healthy? The answer is no, find other options and don't eat it.
5. Forgive yourself and continue - Are you complicated? Have you made a mistake? Good! So what did you learn? We need to avoid staying ahead of the victims and move forward. We must stop the recurrence of the negativity and simply be sorry, own the error and continue.
